Description
This was based on a recipe for a lower abv bitter for the steelworkers who’d drink 12+ pints at lunchtime to combat dehydration. It’s a little stronger than the recipe indicated, and probably has a little more flavour too.

Bottle conditioned, allow to settle, pour slowly and serve cold.
