Slightly Weissey Watermelon Wheat Beer – 3.8% abv
This mixed fermentation beer was brewed with equal parts Wheat and Lager Malts from Yorkshire Maltsters Thomas Fawcett & Sons with a liberal sprinkling of Malted
Oats and Chit Malt.
The addition of (lots) of Watermelon and non-fermentable sugars contribute to a highly refreshing, fruity and tart Weissey beer.
