We tried to match a Czech water profile for this highly quaffable “Sheffield” Lager. The Czech influence doesn’t end there as we’ve crammed in loads of Saaz hops too.
At 5.5% abv we’re thinking of calling this “Sheffield Export Strength Lager”, but it really is more Czech, mate 🙂
