The latest in our quest to brew a Bitter that will eventually go into cask, and be served on the bar here at the Boathouse.
We want to be able to sell this for around £3 to £3.50 a pint.

This ‘Cask in a Can’ attempt turned out a little higher in carbonation than planned as it was only finished off in the can, not fully conditioned – but there may still be a little yeasty sedimentation so don’t shake the can!
