All Gins Taste The Same – JunIPA – 3.86% abv
When we released our Gin list on the bar at our club (containing 70 different varieties), one comment was “but all Gins taste the same”. It therefore naturally followed that a Juniper inspired IPA should be brewed for warm Summer nights (and cool Winter vibes). Here it is.
Based on Rye and Maris Otter Malts, this crisp refreshing ‘lite’ bodied ale has been resting on organic Juniper berries to give a very subtle Gin-esque influence. Unfiltered, unfined and unpasteurised.
